Adding shipping was a very careful decision and with that, we had to take safety into consideration. Our team at Carolina Farmhouse ensures that the product in the package will come all in one piece, wrapped gently and cautiously.

3 things we do to make sure our farmhouse furniture makes it safely to our customers are: :

• Safe Packing: We strive to keep our customers’ packages safe and undamaged. We do this by taking extra precautionary measures. Our products are wrapped in blankets. This way everything is kept safe and sound from damage. We also wrap our pieces with shipping tape to ensure that the product stays dormant.

• Touch ups: An accident occurs and the piece has a scratch or chipped paint? There is no need to worry, we pack touchup paint with our packages. 
• Shipping: Our shipping is done through UPS. Once shipped, you can track the tracking address to make sure that the package will arrive on time.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their overall product and the way that it came upon arrival. We strive for excellent customer service.
